Atık Yağmuru Gizlilik Politikası

Atık Yağmuru, Ortahisar Belediyesi tarafından geliştirilen ve yayımlanan, sıfır atık bilincini yaygınlaştırmayı amaçlayan ücretsiz bir mobil oyundur. Bu gizlilik politikası oyunun Android ve iOS sürümleri için geçerlidir.

• Oyun hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz veya paylaşmaz.
• Üyelik ya da giriş yoktur. Reklam ve uygulama içi satın alma bulunmaz.
• Kamera, mikrofon, konum, rehber veya fotoğraflara erişim izni istenmez.
• Oyun internet bağlantısı olmadan oynanabilir ve hiçbir sunucuya veri göndermez.

Toplanan veriler

Atık Yağmuru sizden veya cihazınızdan ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, konum, fotoğraf, kişi listesi, cihaz kimliği ya da reklam kimliği gibi hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Oyunda analiz, kullanıcı takibi, reklam veya çökme raporlama hizmetleri ve bu amaçlarla kullanılan üçüncü taraf yazılım bileşenleri yoktur.

Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler

Oyun, yalnızca oyun deneyimini sürdürmek için aşağıdaki bilgileri cihazınızın kendi hafızasında tutar:

• Her zorluk seviyesindeki en yüksek skorunuz,
• Müzik ve efekt ses seviyeleri,
• Kare hızı tercihiniz (60 veya 120 FPS).

Bu bilgiler kimliğinizi belirlemez, cihazınızdan dışarı gönderilmez ve Ortahisar Belediyesi dahil hiç kimse tarafından görülemez. Oyunu cihazınızdan sildiğinizde bu bilgiler de silinir. Cihazınızın yedekleme özelliği (Android'de Google yedeklemesi, iOS'ta iCloud) açıksa bu ayarlar cihaz yedeğinize dahil olabilir. Bu yedekler Google veya Apple hesabınızda saklanır, Belediye bunlara erişemez.

Çocukların gizliliği

Atık Yağmuru her yaştan oyuncuya, özellikle çocuklara yönelik eğitici bir oyundur. Oyun, 13 yaşından küçük çocuklar dahil hiçbir kullanıcıdan kişisel veri toplamaz. Oyunda dış bağlantı, sohbet veya başka kullanıcılarla iletişim kurma özelliği yoktur.

Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK)

Oyun aracılığıyla 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında herhangi bir kişisel veri işlenmemektedir. Ortahisar Belediyesi'ne başka kanallardan (ör. dilekçe veya e-posta ile) ilettiğiniz kişisel veriler, Belediye'nin bu kanallar için yayımladığı aydınlatma metinlerine tabidir.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenirse yeni metin bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Oyunun ileriki bir sürümüne veri işleyen bir özellik eklenirse politika, o sürüm yayımlanmadan önce güncellenir.

Atık Yağmuru ("Waste Rain") is a free mobile game developed and published by Ortahisar Municipality (Ortahisar Belediyesi) to promote zero-waste awareness. This privacy policy applies to the Android and iOS versions of the game.

• The game does not collect, store or share any personal data.
• There is no account or sign-in. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
• The game does not ask for access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
• The game can be played offline and does not send any data to any server.

Data we collect

Atık Yağmuru does not collect any personal data from you or your device, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, photos, contacts, device identifiers or advertising identifiers. The game contains no analytics, tracking, advertising or crash-reporting services, and no third-party software components used for these purposes.

Information stored on your device

To keep your game experience, the game stores only the following information in your device's own storage:

• your high score for each difficulty level,
• music and sound effect volume levels,
• your frame rate preference (60 or 120 FPS).

This information does not identify you, is never sent off your device, and cannot be seen by anyone, including Ortahisar Municipality. It is deleted when you delete the game. If your device's backup feature is turned on (Google backup on Android, iCloud on iOS), these settings may be included in your device backup. Such backups are stored in your Google or Apple account, and the Municipality has no access to them.

Children's privacy

Atık Yağmuru is an educational game for players of all ages, especially children. The game does not collect personal data from any user, including children under the age of 13. The game has no external links, chat, or features for communicating with other users.

Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

No personal data is processed through the game within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Personal data you send to Ortahisar Municipality through other channels (for example, by petition or email) is subject to the privacy notices the Municipality publishes for those channels.

Changes

If this policy is updated, the new text will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date above will change. If a future version of the game adds a feature that processes data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
